  •     Customer means, anybody who register free as job seeker  or company, person, employer and organization who purchase service from us
  •     Services means, all the services that we offer through staffingspot.com like job posting, resume search etc
  •     Staffingspot.com is powered by Empower CSI. Both Staffingspot.com and Empower CSI have sole rights to modify, add or alter any contents in this website at any time without any prior notice to anybody.
  •     Prices are guaranteed for the period stated in the package while purchasing. Prices are confidential between customers and EmpowerCSI /Staffing spot.
  •     Prices vary from customer to customer Depending on the packaqe they choose. Promotional campaigns and discounts if any offered are at the discretion of the management of Staffingspot.com
  •     If any of the services to be used within a specific time period given while ordering, then customers has to use it before the specified period.
  •     If for some reason, customer has not been able to use the facilities/services before the specified period, then this cannot be carried over to the next purchase they make or next period. The services that purchased have valid from start date and valid end date. It is expected that customer should use the service within this specified date. Anything before or byond these dates, might not be adjusted on any other activity/bill.

           The content of this web site are under staffingspot.com‘s control. This includes texts, images, icons and logos are protected under United States intellectual property and other laws. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of content, any information available in this website is exclusive property of staffingspot.com or Empower CSI and is also protected by US and International Intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of the content contained on this website may violate these laws. Staffingspot.com and Empower CSI has full rights to add, delete or modify any of these contents here at anytime with no prior notice to any users.


             Our payment system is through credit card or paypal for now. So it is “pay before you use” service.. If have any question, please contact sales@staffingspot.com. All payments are final once paid. Refunds cannot be given. Staffingspot.com reserves the full rights.

Limitation of Liability:

             Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by a customer during a specific term for a specific package selected by the customer


              We have 29 days Money back guarantee (includes all 7 days of the week). If for any reason, the customer does not like our product/service, we will be happy to refund the money back. Customer has to inform staffingspot.com through a written email sales@staffingspot.com within 29 days from the day they purchased the service. If customer buys two service packages on two different date, then the money back guarantee would be valid within 29 days of the purchase of  individual packages respectively . Staffingspot.com has reserve all rights to accept or reject the customer request for any money back guarantee

Data Protection:

               Any individual, who provides the curriculum vitae/resume here, is governed by our privacy policy. Please read our privacy policy for details. More so when you provide your resume, data about you, staffingspot.com and it affiliates take the rights to modify according for their system and work.

Customer can terminate their account at anytime by sending a mail to sales@staffingspot.com in writing with their intention to terminate. If it is within the specific Money Back Gurantee period, then staffingspot.com will have rights to decide on returning the money back to customer. If it is not within the specific Money back gurantee period, then customer loose the entire package and purchase costs in full. Once terminated account, cannot be retrieved at anytime if incase customer changes their intention.


               Any contents/links through customer advertisements of job, it is customer’s responsbility to keep track of it. Those links does not belong to staffingspot.com. So we cannot guarantee on security, information, texts and anything related to that. If it has respective contact details in it, then you are welcome to contact them. But staffingspot.com cannot take any responsibility for this.  Staffingspot.com can guarantee their links and content of its website. But we cannot guarantee on any links, texts messages, abusive words, spam, images, adult content etc provided by the customer.

Inactive Accounts/Materials:

                   Staffingspot.com will frequently run batch jobs to clean the account anything older than 2 years with no activity in it. The time period will keep changing depends on the traffic and size of our business. If it is inactive for long period, then we assume that the account is no more valid and we will delete the account without any prior notice. Associated resumes, jobs postings, advertisements, purchased cost will be lost along with the deletion. No refund on service or money can be given for such deletion/accounts

Service Availability

              We try to ensure the continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it. But accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, loss of business however caused.

Alteration in Design/Specification

               We alter the application/service pages at anytime with no prior notice.  We will add, modify, and delete any pages, functionalities at anytime with no prior notice to anybody. Staffingspot.com management makes the best judgment on this to make the site available to customer to the best.

Governing Law:

               These terms and conditions shall be interpreted with United States  law and all disputes shall be designed by the courts of United States


                Refunds are given based at the discretion of the company management

Damage limitations, allocations of liability and equitable relief

  •     · Due to the nature of this agreement, in addition to money damages, you agree that staffingspot.com will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of this agreement by you.
Amendment to the Agreement:

                   Staffingspot.com may revise this Agreements at any time by updating this page. Changes will be binding on you on the date they are posted on the Site (or as otherwise stated in the any notice of such changes). Any use of the Site will be considered acceptance by you of the then-current Terms and Conditions (including any Exhibits thereto). If at any time you find the Terms and Conditions unacceptable, you may not use the Site any longer. Any new or different terms supplied by you are specifically rejected by staffingspot.com unless staffingspot.com agrees to them in a signed written document  specifically including those new or different terms.  Staffingspot.com may change the Site at any time.
